Epoxy Flooring Bendigo
Describe the floor you want coated and your enquiry goes to one local provider, who looks at it and quotes in writing. Before anyone grinds or coats a floor in Bendigo, ask three things: which registration class the contractor works under, how dust and slurry will be controlled, and what the quote covers. Victoria's government pages do not say whether a resin floor coating counts as painting or as a floor covering, so the class is a question for the contractor, not something this site can answer.
Thanks — we have your enquiry. Someone will be in touch shortly. Prefer to talk now? Call (03) 9122 8610.
- Each enquiry goes to one independent provider for Bendigo, not to a list of firms that all ring you.
- We do not coat floors. The provider looks at the floor, then names the price.
- Every call opens with a notice that it may be recorded.

Before you get a quote
Four things to ask first
- Ask which class the contractor works under The Building and Plumbing Commission has a painting and decorating class and a separate floor finishing and covering class. No page we read says which of them a resin floor coating belongs to.
- Grinding concrete makes silica dust WorkSafe Victoria says concrete contains crystalline silica, and names on-tool water suppression or on-tool dust extraction as the controls to use when grinding it.
- An old floor can hide asbestos Asbestos Victoria says a material installed before 1990 is safest assumed to contain asbestos. Old tiles, sheet vinyl and adhesive are what to have tested before a floor is ground.
- Wash-water has a place it may not go EPA Victoria says wastewater must be kept out of stormwater drains so far as reasonably practicable. Ask where the slurry and wash-water from your floor will go.
Three steps
From enquiry to quote
- Tell us about the floor What it is (garage, shed, workshop or house), what shape it is in and what is on it now.
- It is passed on Your enquiry goes to one independent local provider covering Bendigo. The provider pays for the introduction; you never do.
- A provider looks and quotes The provider looks at the floor and prices the work in writing. The price is theirs to set.
Epoxy Flooring across Greater Bendigo
Bendigo Airport's weather record gives a July mean minimum of 2.7 °C (Bureau of Meteorology, read 6 October 2026), so the garage floor page asks what the contractor does about cold nights. Parts of the council area also have a flood history. The council's 2023/24 annual report names Epsom, White Hills, Huntly and Heathcote among the areas most affected in January 2024, and the suburb pages for Heathcote, Kangaroo Flat, Marong and Epsom each turn one flooding fact into a question to put to whoever quotes.

Tell us what the floor is (a garage, shed, workshop or house floor), what shape it is in and what is on it now. The enquiry goes to an independent qualified local provider, who looks at the floor and quotes in writing. The price is the provider's to set, not ours. Before a quote arrives, the Epoxy floor costs and rules check shows which Victorian rules apply to a floor job, and at what value.
